- The use of Labseries.com eGift Cards online is subject to Labseries.com Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Labseries.com has the right, in addition to any other available remedies, to close customer accounts or require alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Labseries.com eGift Card is redeemed or sought to be redeemed.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. At our sole discretion, eGift Cards will be replaced if lost or stolen, only with proof of purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, only unused balance of lost or stolen cards may be replaced.
